Visit the Anderson Center, a rural oasis for the arts featuring a permanent and rotating gallery, an outdoor sculpture garden and events on site.
Red Wing Arts is the host and organizer for some of Red Wing’s biggest arts events and a wide swath of artist shows and classes to make your own art.
The Sheldon Theatre is often called the “jewel box” of Red Wing and has some of the best seats in the region from which to take in a performing arts show.
Drive
From the North (Twin Cities / I-94): Head south on US Highway 61 South, or take US-52 South to US-10 East, crossing into Wisconsin, then south on US-61.
From the South (Rochester): Take US-52 North to County Road 9, then head east through Pine Island and Goodhue to reach Red Wing.
From the East (Wisconsin / Eau Claire): Take I-94 West to US-10 West, then head south on State Highway 35 (Great River Road) along the river into Red Wing.
From the West (Mankato): Head east on US-14 to US-169 North, then take State Highway 19 East directly to US-61 North into the city.
Train
Take the Borealis line. St. Paul (MSP) or Chicago (CHI) to Red Wing (RDW).
